Access to Playing Areas

Please note: Access to the playing area will be restricted to players, coaches & officials ONLY while matches are in progress during the event. We thank all spectators and supporters in advance for adhering to this request. There will be signage posted to reinforce this request at the entry to the playing areas.

Canteen Service

A full canteen service will be available each day of the event, including food and drinks. Pre-made takeaway meals will also be available for those staying at accommodation.

Parking

There is ample free parking available at the venue.

Queensland State Team Selection Information:

- Teams Event is Compulsory for State Junior Teams eligibility.

- State Team Nominations to be submitted via online system when completing entry.

- Players submitting a State Team Nomination are required to compete in one additional TTQ sanctioned association open tournament within the 12 months prior to the relevant Queensland Closed Championships.

- Special dispensation for State Team selection eligbility must be received in writing by the close of entries. To view please visit the TTQ website.

- The TTQ Board of Management will then consider the request and participants will be notified prior to the event. Please see the Selection Policy.

Individual Events - The Registration System enables Members "ONE Time Access" only to complete event registrations. It is important to ensure that all event entries and doubles partners are confirmed prior to logging in to finalise your Event Registration as No Changes can then be made to the Registration System.

Team Events - Please contact your Local Club to enter the Team Events or to register as a President Team Player.
